Shipping policy

We aim to process all orders within 3 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Australian Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate of $25.00 AUD for standard domestic postage and handling within Australia.

Express and International Shipping

For Express or International orders, please contact us prior to purchasing for a shipping and handling quote. International shipping is not available at checkout — we will provide a personalised quote based on your location and order weight and dimensions.

Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please Contact Us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
